These terms apply to your use of mesqi.com and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. We try to describe our products accurately; colours and packaging may vary slightly from photographs.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms once we accept your order and confirm it by email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you've paid, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Payment

We accept payment through Payfast and Yoco. We don't store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Returns

Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Product information

Mesqi is a food product, not a medicine. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, speak to a healthcare professional before making changes to your diet.

Intellectual property

The Mesqi name, logo and all content on this site belong to us and may not be used without our written permission.

Liability

We are liable to you as required by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the extent that the law permits us to exclude it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
