Shipping policy

Delivery

We deliver across South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally.

Cost

Orders under R300: R85 delivery.
Orders of R300 and over: free delivery.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and handed to our courier within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes a further 3 to 5 business days to main centres, and up to 7 business days to outlying areas. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are packed the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is collected. If it hasn't arrived within 10 business days, email info@mesqi.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We can't redirect a parcel once it has been collected, and re-delivery to a corrected address may be charged.

Missed deliveries

Our couriers deliver during business hours and will attempt delivery more than once. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery at the standard rate.
